By accessing or using Goof Camp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoofCamp provides comedians with a professional web presence including a public profile page, show listings, video embeds, and social links. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use Goof Camp, you must complete payment through Stripe and provide accurate information during the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Payment Terms

GoofCamp subscriptions are billed annually at $7.99/year. All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Goof Camp for any unlawful purpose or to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post to Goof Camp. By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoofCamp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Third-Party Ticketing & Affiliate Links

Goof Camp provides links to third-party ticketing providers, including but not limited to Eventbrite and Ticketmaster, to facilitate event discovery and ticket purchases.

When you click on a ticket link, you will be redirected to a third-party website. Any information you provide on those websites is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties, not GoofCamp.

Some links on GoofCamp.com are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through those links. This comes at no additional cost to you and helps support the operation of our platform.

We may share limited technical data (such as referral information or tracking parameters) with third-party partners to support link functionality, analytics, and affiliate tracking.

Goof Camp does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
